Army Agniveer 2024 Registration Begins: The Indian Army has started the online registration for Agniveer Recruitment 2024 on February 13 2024, on the official website- joinindianarmy.nic.in . As per the information available on the official website, 'Registration for the online common entrance exam for the recruiting year 2024-25 will be live from 13 February 2024. candidates are to exercise caution while filling out the application as details once submitted will be considered final'.
The Indian Army selects the Agniveers through the Agnipath Scheme. This scheme provides a golden opportunity for India’s youth to experience Army life without having to make a long-term commitment. The selected Agniveer will work in the Indian Army for four years.

The candidates, who join through the Agnipath scheme will get Rs 21,000 in-hand salary during the first year of service, which will increase yearly. Apart from the salary they will get Rs. 10,04,000 "Seva Nidhi" package at the time of exit after four years. After completing four years of service 25% of Agniveers will get permanent service based on organizational requirements.
