Wrong item sent (purple mouse NOT blue as pictured) in terribly packaged way. Tried to work out a solution but the communication was NOT good. Seller claims to be out of the office until March 2026. Ended up returning the item and hoping for a refund.

My item (a microphone) was not in the box sent. I took a vid of the unbox, and told the seller. as well as sending the video. I asked to be refunded and they agreed but did not follow through. Now I have to fight on Ebay to get my $ back. my feedback is 100% on 1500 plus transactions. The sellers at the time of this review was about 90%. These are all facts. I would avoid dealing with them.

Item details were pretty good. I am very happy with it. Shipping could definitely use a little more detail and a little more secure in packaging. Front sites had a lot of damage to it. There were some other small damage done in and shipping nothing I can't fix other than that. Very happy with the item. Looking forward to doing more business with him. Thank you.
